I had been planning to do Nature Walks in 2026–I’m usually 💯 winter-happy—but I’m yet to get started on that.  On the other hand: Post-Photography is happening. So, there’s that. Also, getting nostalgic about old Flickr, my first 365, my original blog domain intentions, and mid-00s internets.

I wasn’t going to do a 365 this year, but it’s occurred to me that—so I’m starting a few days later than the New Year—so that’s why it’s 2026plus.) I’ve already posted to Flickr; I’ve set up a Tumblr; and here I am resolved to get this on to the original blog. Right now I’m mediating the space between my iPad and iPhone. My iPhone is at its memory capacity, and I’ve got to juggle some apps. I’ve only been using an iPad for a few years, and I haven’t relied on it for a self-portrait project yet—in fact, I had a water-logging incident with it, and the self-portrait camera met its demise, so 😐.  I’ve mostly been thinking about the Body and Technological Surveillance with it—and also to bring myself back to my days of juggling cameras​.
