New Year’s Resolution is: “one doable thing” every day in the new year. 

Today’s doable thing:: try to focus. Began a walk this morning out of a non-planned mode. Jumped a brain indecision that wasn’t going to resolve in healthy action quickly enough. Doable into healthy action.
