toward action

I do not write about you, for if I did, I may know truth.
Even those of us most obsessed with it--elusive truth--may sometimes not want it for a housemate. If you live with something long enough, it demands action.
I occasionally regard truth as a glowing elixir, locked in an aged amulet, and hanging on a chain about my neck. It is a long chain, and a small amulet, and the world you cannot see it when I'm out.
In fact, it's light, and breathable, like fabrics of a certain purpose, and barely do I remember it lies against my skin.
A few words written here and there, perhaps a turning of the screw, a sliding of a key. Someday it shall set truth free.

If truth is to be found anywhere, darling Jill, surely it will be found hanging 'round your neck, dangling at the edge of your perfect bustline.
But, I have to admit, I've always found it the most delicious irony that the motto of the CIA is "And the truth shall set you free".
All things considered, adorable, brilliant Jill, I think I'd rather have your truth.

Words can take us strange places... to the heart of truth and action, as much as they can deceive and react. I think I like those elusive ideas attempting to set us free rather than the nominal cold reality and the background din of the world around us proclaiming action and... truth it is not even understood by those proclaiming it.

Damn Jilly, you trying to get this page banned from my job or something.
NOT that I'm complaining, because believe me I'm not. I'm happy the office door was closed when I came upon the page today.
